I left my previous company Hero Hond motors Ltd in May 2007,bearing PF No:HR/3221/22185 and I requested to transfer it to my current company John deere India Pvt Ltd PF No:MH/PUN/121977/784 in 2009 using form 13

And I received the letter from Haryana PF office that the amount has been transfered to Pune office.

since then every year I get the slip without the inclusion of my previous PF amount from Hereo Honda. I have online raised a complaint No:ROPUN/E/2011/08464 on 15th Sept 2011.
and reapplied with no:MOLBR/E/2011/01205 on 24th Oct 2011

still there is no response either through mail/phone/email/sms etc,

I would like to know why its not been transfered yet to my current PF account.
