I was a lecturer at Academy of Technology from 1st Nov 2004 to 8th Feb-2009. The PF office was at Bhavishyanidhi Bhawan,24 Bellilious Road, 6th Floor, Howrah – 711101, West Bengal.My account number was-WB/43103/31. Now I am working at Haldia Institute of Technology since 9th Feb-2009, whose provident fund is kept at Saltlake office. My current account number is WB/CA/34227/543.I have applied for PF transfer with properly filled F-13 form on 27.07.2009 at saltlake office kolkata. But still now my account balance not transferred to my new account. I have contacted to the saltlake office more than 10 times they always told me that this is howrah office's fault as they have already sent my application form but not received any letter. But they denied to give me the exact date on which they have sent. I have also contacted howrah office several times but repeatedly told me that they have not got any letter from saltlake office regarding PF transfer. Though the PRO's of howrah office and saltlake office assured me at the time of application that only a month requred to transfer the acount balance but till now I have spent more than 2yrs 6months months without any result. I have launched a grivence in the grivence cell but after sending two reminders no result yet come.
I am in very much trouble about the government work culture. Plase help me.
