Re : Non–receipt of PF contribution for around 6 years.

c) Employer : Bora Transport Co.156/B,Ganesh Peth,Prema Chambers,Pune - 411002
d) Company Located at : Ganesh peth,Pune.

FACTS
1. I was working with M/s Bora Transport Co as Godown Incharge at Bhiwandi Branch.(1994-2004) I had separated from Bora Transport Co. w.e.f 30.04.2004.,As the company was closed.

2. After this, the PF forms, pertinent to PF withdrawal, duly filled and signed were submitted to PF authorities, by myself.in August,2010.However the PF Form was returned back to me for incomplete documents i.e.Notary from Public Prosecutor.

3. However, I had submitted the form again to the PF Authorities with Notary

4. Almost more than one & half years have been passed,still I have not received my PF amount.

5. I often visited the P.F.Office Pune,But everytime they didn’t co-operate me & I always been told that
My request for PF claim is under process.During my last visit the PF Authorities told me to bring 3 A ledger from the Bora Transport Co.,which was closed in 2004
COMPLAINT
It's sheer misgoveranance at PF office Pune.. There is no one who is desirous to resolve this matter. Original submitted forms get lost, no one bothers to reply and the matter is pending for around SIX years.

2. Release my PF amount ( Employee + Employer contribution) alongwith interest thereon (from 1994 to tilldate)
