I am Hemant Mehra.

I was issued this passport on 22/03/2005 with my name as HEMANI MEHRA & was corrected on 13.04.2005 as HEMANT MEHRA as an endorsement on 3rd Page.

On 27.12.2011 I applied for SCHENGEN VISA, to which I was refused due to above mentioned problem.

As this mistake was due to the negligence of the PASSPORT OFFICE while issuing the passport, I hope I am not likely to pay anything for the process again or am I ??
