I had applied for passport in Jan 2011 (File no BOM- A000115). In the month of Feb I received a letter where on inquiry at passport office after several round was told to sumitt PPF(personal particulars form). Same was sumitted on 24th june 2011. Till date I havent got police inquiry. The isuue for this delat is also not informed. Even any incomplete doument is also not informed. How we supposed to know the reason?
The mail is also send regarding complain to rpo.mumbai@mea.gov.in, grv.jscpv@mea.gov.in, on 5th Dec and every 2 days I am resending the mail but no response.
During above time span I was pregnent and used to go to passport office to check the update but there was no porper response.
The procedure generally takes 45 working days but in my case I am still waiting. Need the update so if anything is incomplete, can be sorted.
