    Respected Sir,

Till now I have not received any response from any respected officials of the Passport department however I have submitted my complaint to them as per my appended mail and also sent the same documents via speed post. I am showing my frustrations here and also thinking about the services which are being provided by your passport VIBHAAG to Indian citizens.

Not a single time, I have gone twice/thrice time to respective office with my husband & submitted my request but received the passport through registered post without any correction. Finally they have suggested us to cancel the same passport and go for a new passport again. Why?

Why they don’t understand & correct it where the relevant documents had already been submitted by us (marriage certificates, voter id card…..) at the time of new passport application?

We have applied three passports – my-self and for my two sons where two passports of my sons are all correct and “OK” but in my passport they puzzle and not correcting the mistakes as already requested them. At one time I think this matter should be escalated to all like MEDIA & High personalities where all should now the reality but second time I think that I should wait and see when you people will alert and correct the same in proper way. I understand that at least you will see this matter very seriously and personally as per the post you have; and provide the fast best solution where I would stand in the public and say “HAAN JUSTICE HAI - DER HAI PER ANDHER NAHI HAI). I have tired and not able to come personally again and again however not a right solutions your people are giving as per me this type of minor mistakes should be corrected in one shot where all the documents have been attached and submitted to them at the time submission of application form.

You will definitely agree that these types of services are the basic factors to increase the ratio of corruptions in our country.

I hope that you will really look this matter and provide me the fast solution.

    Thanking you!

    Dear Sir / Madam,

This is regarding the mistake of *** and spell the place of birth which have been printed in my passport number J9511593 it was sent by your side on 14/09/2011 through Speed Post Centre Bach-A, New Delhi – EMS Speed Post ED 55997151 71N. As I thought that it was the punching mistake however it could be done normally any way I gone through the web site and reached your place i.e. Bhikhaji Cama Place with my husband early in the morning on 29/09/2011 with all original documents.

As per the requirement to correct the above same details in my personal profile, the counter officials asked me to write a letter in the name of RPO and submit with Original Passport. And as per them I submitted the application (as attached herein for your reference) with my original passport. I also said them to please stamp on my office copy of the application which I was submitting to them but they neglected and replied it was not necessary if you want – you could submit a complaint against this to PASSPORT VIBHAG, I could not remember the name of the officials and did want to stuck my - self in this PACHEDA. They confirmed me that I would get the same after 03/10/2011 via speed post.

I got the same on through speed post on 07/10/2011 vide EMS ED 56800397 51N without correction. As per me it was not a big issue for you and did not understand the following:

    · Why you are not giving the facilities online to contact care people, in your IVR there was no option to talk in person with any officials online?
    · Why you are not giving the contact numbers on your offices on web sites only fax numbers are there?
    · Why your officials do not stamp of receiving on application which is submitted by us to you?
    · Why they did not work complete however it was not a big issue as per me?
    · Is it any printed application form for it to correct this?
    · How could I submit my application online for the same?
    · No letter was received with passport that what you have done for that task

    Who is responsible for?
After a long run completed by us to reach at your destination and in public rush for the same was really a wasted thing if the things have not been corrected, I think you will really feel of it. I hope that you would intervene in this case and give prompt solutions on it and also suggest me what I will do next, your immediate reply on this will highly obliged. You are further requested to tell me the better way under which I will get the faster solutions from your side.
