Dear Sir/Madam
I had applied for my passport in july 2011 and got a passport of some other person of Kaushambi in October. I submitted this to Lucknow office with an application. After few days I got to know that my passport has been received by some other person of Baliya. Now he also has posted my passport to Lucknow office. Now the online status of my passport is not clear or invalid. The email id and phone numbers given on the website of passport office are of no use. They never pick up and they never reply.
It is a clear cut chaotic situation created by the passport office for which they have no solution. There was no one to take responsibility and no one to give some solution to the above said problem. Passport is such a confidential thing and they dont care.
