Dear Sir,

This is Jitendra Khatri from Jaipur, applied for the passport in Aug, 2011, but still I have not received the same. My file no. is W170724 in Jaipur Passport Office. Police verification was conducted two times for me.
Second time it was clear and my passport status on internet was "Passport will be dispatched on 11 Jan, 2012. And still I have not received passport. Now again the status is " Furnish 2 Personal Particular forms. Duly completed , Indicating the correct present residential Address." even I have already submitted relevant documents regarding my Address and DOB at the time of 2nd Police verification.
