I visited Passport office on 22/12/11 to know ,how to get correction of date of birth which has been wrongly entered in my passport .I was advised to submit application in prescribed form along with documents and I did and submitted on 22/12/11.since then i am not getting any feedback regarding correction of date of birth nor the office is responding.
