I have applied for Passport on 01-08-2011 but till now I am not getting it as police verification was done in Month of November 2011 but so far passport has not been issued

I am Ari Vinay, I have applied passport on 27-10-2011 bearing ID:h039742. From then my status update showed that passport will be dispatched soon, but 15 days back my status was updated as to show proof of present residence like ration card or voter ID card. As I stay in hostel i have submitted college as my present address(i.e. residence proof given by college, bonafide certificate)l. According to my status as updated, I am ready to submit the residence proof as asked for but I have no idea where to submit. Kindly mention the steps how to proceed further.

I am a student of NITW and through campus placement I have been recruited in prestigious company called Facebook, they have given me my joining date in the month of august. for which I have to submit my passport for further processing of H1B visa.Its already from the date of application.

So kindly understand the situation, do look into the matter and help me to get my passport.
