I have applied passport under TATKAL . I have paid a total fee of Rs2500.00 where Rs1500.00 I have paid extra for TATKAL fee. of Rs.1500.00. Ref No : 11-3462971 File No: CA2071341291111. I have raised a service reqyuest for this. But still I have not replied on that. My case is still pendng. PERFECT EXAMPLE OF SHINING INDIA. !!!.
How I can get the refund my TATKAAL fee if it is not issed under TATKAAL.
