Trans India Resorts Limited, a Holiday Resorts company based in Chennai, claiming to promote “Time Share”, of their facility, have enrolled members from 1993 to 1996 collected huge money and vanished from the scene. Few of the members were tracking the company, which was shifting office within Chennai, for the past so many years, and finally one of the member (Mr. E. Balasubramani) filed a case (Case No: 254/2007, date of complaint: 11.06.2007) through his legal counsel M/s. P. Sundararajan & P S Suresh Babu , in District Consumer Forum, Chennai and got an award (compensation) judgment which is in favor of member (Mr. Balasubramani) who filed the case against the company.
