Maruti Dealor Complaint.
Hi, My name is Jaswinder Singh i booked my maruti swift vdi(white) on 7th May 2010 from suhani Maruti Court road Amritsar (Allotment Number-1701-D-60328), there was another car booked on my freind's name 3 days after ie 10th may 2010 from rishabh maruti Batala Road Amritsar The other car which i booked from rishabh has already been delivered to me on 10th July 10,however there is no sign of my swift which i booked from suhani maruti that when its going to be delivered, infact there is no answer form staff & managers when they will be able to deliver my car. Despite of my querries they indirectly ask for bribe or some commision from me for delivery of my car I already have made full payment from bank loan(SBI) to Suhani motors on which i have alredy paid my 1st insatllment & incurring intrest on car which i have not even recieved. Please not that one showroom is delivering car in exact two months time & other is not giving any sign after 2.5 months also. This is not my first maruti but this kind of dealer response please dont make it my last maruti. Its already been over 2 months i ,ve booked the car & other car has been delivered 10 days back please take some action aginst the dealer & have my car delivered ASAP. Dear Sir,
With due respect I want to submit that I Ashwani Kumar from Vill.Rayya,Distt. Amritsar booked a swift dezire vdi model at Swani Motor,Amirtsar on 16.5.2010. On 15.07.2010 I received a call from Swani Motor to deposit full amount of car a take the deliver in next day. I gave them cheques amounting to RS 596208/-.The detail of cheque is as follows: DATE AMT. CH.NO. BANK 15.07.10 96208/- 553476 STATE BANK OF PATIALA ,RAYYA 15.07.10 500000/- 526324 UCO BANK RAYYA. The above said cheque has been cleared. Now I regret to point out that Swani Auto Amritsar,is not giving the delivery of car.They are saying the we deliver the car when we receive the delivery of car from Maruti Gurgaon. I want to clear from your esteem office that wheather Swani Motor is authorise to receive full payment before one week of the delvery of car.Second what is the delivery status of my car. The Odyssey Motors is not giving any attention to repair the vehicle even after 7 days of the accident and they keep the vehicle deserted as if untocheble.When asked they are expressing their inability with the context that they have no educate spear parts to repair the vehicle. I dont know how the Maruti Udoyog Ltd. Appoint such an dealer who is unable to provide any service to the customers. I never saw such a dealer in my life who have not any care and responsible to its customers and I am seriously dissatisfied with the act and behavior of the ODYSSY MOTORS so also its service.
When I talked Mr Majumdar (Maruti Service.Kolkata) at 03.57 P.M over phone (+919836731113) he committed me that he will look into the matter and will talk to ODYSSY MOTORS on my issue .But all are in vain and I dont know what happened to him. On regular and continues discussion over telephone they are stated that it will took 1 month time to repair as they have no spear parts .Question arises whether Maruti Udoygo Ltd. is not supplied the spear parts to the ODYSSY MOTORS .How such an rubish statement given by the said Dealer.I feel truely your are not caring your customers otherwise you will not appointed such an dealer with verry poor service.Because of such dealer your company is blamed and commitment to render service to the customers will remain as a slogan only .The ODYSSY MOTOR has no right to stay as the Authorized Maruti Dealer for the reason .If you are unable our company (Safeguard Estates Pvt.Ltd) is ready to take that responsibility on its shoulder . |
