I would like to introduce myself as a sales person of TATA MOTORS dealership named Lexus Motors Ltd. & my name is Sujay Karan. working as Leaver Leader.(Mob-9088024080). Three of my customer named Debasis Mondal(09836292998), Sudipta Ghosh, Paspati Prasad(09831488620) came to my office & all of them want to purchase TATA ACE model from my dealership. I came to know that all of three customers was gone to G.N.B Motors Ltd. 98, B.T.Road, Kolkata-700090 for booking a small commercial vehicle purpose. All of them booked a small commercial vehicle named "Ape' Truk" manufactured by PIAGGIO VEHICLES PVT.LTD. with an amount of Rs.5000.00 (Rupees Five thousand only). After 2-3 weeks they came to know that this vehicle is not technically perfect & all most all privet finance companies refused to finance them at any cost. So, all of them canceled their order & ask for the refund of their booking amount ie Rs. 5000.00 (Rupees Five thousand only). But the above mentioned company refuse them again and again to repay their booking amount. Today all most after two months all of my three customers are feeling helpless & they all came to believe that they lost the amount of rupees five thousand which they deposited for the purpose of booking of a small commercial vehicles named "Ape' Truk" manufactured by PIAGGIO.

So, as a civilian of a democratic country of INDIA I am asking for justice from all INDIAN's, is it good for consumers is cheated like this way? Can we change the law of our society where some innocent consumers are suffering from such instance by some powerful influential people designated in big companies like G.N.B Motors Ltd? How many years it will take when we can say we lived in a democratic country?
