first of all I am sorry for writing a complain to a person of your staus ...moreover you are a father figure for me and we have grown seeing your business policies....but I have been cheated and deceived by your service center at gurgaon not only once but twice...Sir i came the second time just thinking that human is error and in addition i came second time just because of the Brand J.khattar but sir i am sorry to say that i have been cheated again...Sir it is recently that I returned from Australia after 5 years and i was happy to see that you are providing the type of services as we get in Australia but i am sorry to say not the kind of services....the reason being if you spend Rs 1,20,000 on your car and find nothing done there please come and see the condition of my car tomorrow at 10 am...Sir i am hugely dissppointed that's why i am writing in this manner and it's unfortunate for me that to such a great personality i have to write in this type...Let me start how the problem arose i came to Carnation in late september and was attended by Mr.Joginder he made a list of things to do and he said that he will get it done before 3rd of october as i had to leave for Banglore...when i came to collect the car half of the work was not done but Mr.Joginder senesed my urgency and he deceived me saying that most of the work is done and asked me to come again once i return from Banglore...he gave me a receipt saying that you pay 10000 now and the rest of the amount from the total of 18000 once i will be back to get the pending job done i told that i have to leave for Banglore...he asked me to give him 10000 and he said he will do the formalities of billing at that point i had not much idea about the billing process i just on his ID of Carnation...when i came back from Banglore I was embarrassed to see that Mr.Jongider is absconding and there are no records of my car in your database apart from few junks...and I explained everything to the manager he said to take relevant steps but did not come out with anything fruitful...the very next day i wanted to speak to you but manager said he will rectify....I beleived him and left my car again....Sir me and my wife decided to get the overhaul of the car...yesterday i collected my car after paying the hefty amount of Rs 1,20,000 and Sir I cancelled my flight to Banglore just to show you that my car can not be driven even 10 meters...For the details please speak to your manager...and i am in so much anger and anguish that i would have taken some serious steps but unfortunately it's not Australia i know there will be no outcome of the cheating done with me not only once but twice...and i know that i will not be compensated...if you have time i request as your own son please do compensate my loss...and Sir i m again sorry for rude manner of this mail becoz of my disappointment..
