I had booked a car swift D'zire VDI model with Relable Industries Dhanbad (Jharkhand) in April 2010 by depositing Rs 10000/- in cash as a booking advance. The said booking was cancelled by me and for the refund of booking advance an account payee cheque No. 111218 dated 25/05/2010 for Rs. 10000/-of SBI Dhanbad branch was issued to me. But this cheque was returned back by the State Bank of India Murgasol branch where I am having account, with the Reason for "Funds insufficient". Regarding this issue I have contacted with the dealers several times over phone but so far no payment is made and I am facing harassment for this.
