Complaint against Megha Auto Dealer for their fraudulent practice

I had purchased a Beat LS from Megha Auto Dealer, 10/CP/5, Ring Road, Opposite Jagrani Hospital, Vikas Nagar, Lucknow.Car was booked by paying Rs 5000/- vide their receipt no. 1778 dated 22.10.10. Thereafter the full payment of Rs 3,99.584/- was made to them vide their receipt no 1876 dated 31.10.10, which include the price of the Car and amount of Rs 21,475.00 for registration with the transport authorities. Delivery of the car was taken on 3rd November, 2010. But they have not given the vehicle’s registration papers till today.
Ms Suchika Shukla, one personnel in the showroom and Mr. Chander Raghav, General Manager-Sales of Megha Auto Dealer harassed me a lot by dilay dallying tactics, and after my several visits they finally demanded Rs 7500/- to give the registration papers.
