i purchased a car dt 31.05.10
polo topend registration no-tn 02am-0553.from abra motors chennai
it is very regret to say that at the time of delivery roof top and engine flap cover was damage and i m following last two and half month with them by personal visit,telecom and mail only one reply that it will be done within a week but still it is nt done and very embrassing to say that vokswogan company people mailed and told arrogantly that it will be done as per their norms.
Then i want to know that what is there norms still nobody has taken care and why should i get defect car paying 100 % money.
The vokswogen co is there to cheat us onlyand i want car to be replaced or refund.
