I made PAYMENT TO THIS AGENT( 245131 CHEQUE + 300000 LOAN FROM HDFC BANK) + 50000 CASH ADVANCE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AS PER DEALER 25000 BLACK AMONT DEDUCTED FROM ADAVNCE MONEY AND REST WILL BE REFUNDED.
• 07 June , 2010 GIVE 50000 booking amount to Gaurav motors begowal agent of fairdeal.

• 18 June , 2010- made all payment to fairdeal dealer a/c.but not get car delivery on that day as promise by dealer.
• 24 June , 2010 at 6pm I received this car when I received meter will shown car drive aprrox 595 km.on that day
• 26 June , 2010 – at 9am I went for my office at dasuya ,in between I saw car not got speed more then 80 ,and engine oil light display regularly I went to Maruti authorize distributor, as discussed with them I came to knowledge that all car is hit from base ,chamber is replaced ,car got lots of scratches at bottom as discussed with them if I drive this cars engine will b sealed ,as advised by them I made a complain on customer service no (8267401544).
Sir this is harassment from the day I made booking coz all commitment are broken by both agent and distributor, by late delivering of car and literally 420 by don’t disclosing me that car is damage.
When I received call from fair deal I talk with mr mukesh ,he know all case that car is hited or else , from whole talk I concluded that all are corrupted coz they know all about car ,they never reveal it to me if I didn’t go at service station ,they made me fool but still have faith on maruti I simply want new replaced car coz this is fault on dealer part and also trying to misleading. Kindly do the needful and considerate me desire result coz I am very much fed up with this entire thing which is unacceptable from maruti dealers.
My fault is that I made full payments or believe in Maruti ,sir I made a payment for new car why i got damaged car? Intensely given damage car to me?
