Dear Sir,



I am really very very sorry to inform you that I am really frusted by the service provided by your Dhanbad dealer M/s Reliable Industries (Unit–II). It so happened that I am owing a SX4 ( Model – ZXI ), Regd. No.- JH 10S-0991, Engine No.-2003763. Chassis No.-143425, met with an accident on 23rd May-10.The workshop gave us a tentative date of delivery of the car on 17th June’10.After chasing them, almost every day for the delivery of the car after the tentative delivery date they only said that the parts had not come. We informed them that there is a marriage in our house, and as such they gave us the delivery of the car on 11th July’ 10. On 12th July we had noticed that the coolant is almost nil in the coolant container box. We had refilled the coolant container with the coolant. Again, on 13th July in the morning before starting of the engine the coolant in the container was nil .We checked underneath the car, and no coolant was seen any were, & on farther checking we had observed that their was no coolant in the radiator. On complaining in the work shop, they are only excusing the matter by saying that the coolant was refilled and to send the car to Dhanbad for check up. Please note that Dhanbad is almost 50 kms from our house and as I have said earlier that there is a marriage in our house it is not possible for us to spare the time. Meanwhile today I have sent my car to Asansol service centre M/S Bee Kay Motors for check up.



We are really surprised as how a dealer deals with their customers and the service they provide. It seems like we had done a mistake by purchasing a Maruti product.
