my tractor was at mahindra workshop for 3 days and after its completion of work it collapsed at 5 km from your workshop.i called to the superviser at 6.15 pm about the problem and he said his man will take care of it in some time but all night my driver waited but no body turned out.i tried calling superviser,wasim,naem all evenings but no response and your workshop was open till 8.30 pm.even i called the owner but he is out of india there was no body to take the responsibility.still lots to speak but its for sure if not taken care ill send this to agril.minister as i feel the agency in aurangabad only feels that their job is only to sale but they dont want to service it .i had just purchased a new tractor from the same people. so pls take care of my complaint ,looking for your positive response , sameer 9823206088 the name of service centre is ratnaprabha tractors, aurangabad
