I had left a car HR-29-P-5257 in Regent Automobiles Ltd. on date 12/08/2010 for engine problem service request No. is 003684 date 12/08/2010.

Till today there is no satisfactory service . I have deposited Rs 80,000/- in agency and also has expended appx. Rs 60,000/- on convenience . Due to lots of carelessness during service time period so many problems created which was not present when we left our car for servicing. After installing a new half engine , engine is not working properly . Beyond engine problem there is a lot of problems i.e. AC, Cooling fan , Lightning , Fuel Pump, Fuel meter, Axceelator Padel , windows mirrors. The bahaviour of senior staff is very irresponsible , Rude and unexpected.

See all the above problem which i have disscussed in the letter and please take some strickt action aginst Regent Automobiles Ltd.
