My car breakdown at my place on 18 June 2010. I am member of Speed Car Helpline and registered a complaint to get my car serviced as they promise to resolve any complaint with in half an hour. But its been 27 hours yet and there has been no response. I have called them at least ten times and they always say that some mechanic will reach with in 1 hour. I have also asked them to arrange a call with their manager, Ranjit. They have provided me their manager's no but he is not picking up the phone. Even they have made a remark along with complaint for manager to contact me. But there has been no response. Despite having my personal car I am travelling in taxis, buses and autos. These online service providers just know how to fraud with public, cut their pockets and don't want to service them.

But its been 53 hours yet and there has been no response. I have called them at least twenty times and they always say that some mechanic will reach with in 1 hour. I have also asked them to arrange a call with their manager, Ranjit. They have provided me their manager's no but he is not picking up the phone. Even they have made a remark along with complaint for manager to contact me. But there has been no response. Despite having my personal car I am travelling in taxis, buses and autos. These online service providers just know how to fraud with public, cut their pockets and don't want to service them. I request to take serious action this company.

I am a member of SPEED on road service provider which promised me during membership registration that any kind of breakdown, they will reach us within 30 mins and will get solve. I got my car punctured on 4th July 2010 i called on number 011-43431111 and talked to customer care executive "Deepak". I asked him to send somebody to get it fixed, He replied if there is stepny, then they only do tyre change not puncture fixing. Puncture fixing is happen only if 2 or more tyres has been punctured. Still i was agree on this and i was confirming that first 10 punctures are free from SPEED. Deepak replied its not free, whosoever committed, was false commitment to you. Still i was agree not to fix it free of cost. I wanted to get it fix (either puncture OR stepny change) but Deepak said i can not proceed your request sonce you asked me free puncture. I was replied more than 20 times that i am not asking you free puncture just replace stepny but Deepak was not agreed and said you can talk to person who came to you. I don't have that executive number and hence could not communicated. Deepak gave me supervisor "Ranjeet"'s number 9711832635 which he is not picking.

I get registered with SPEED service with 499 Rs/- for 2 years and it was my first call to them. I want serious action to be made against SPEED on road service. They are cheating. People have faith that any day, any time if they have their vehicle breakdown, they will be helped but they are not actually.

I get disherten that what are they ways to cheat somebody. I want my money back immidiate.

I got registered for car helpline services from Speed on 29.06.10 for two cars.
Paid Rs 999/- in advance. The receipt nos issued are 64459 & 64458 by H S Hepnet Authorized distributors of speed. E-2/2 Shastri Nagar, New delhi-52
On 11th july 2010,The very first complaint of the breakdown of my car at dwarka was not attended after three hrs of frustration and total helplessness, I finally paid Rs 450/- and got the vehicle towed to my residence.
I immediately asked them to cancel my registration and pay back Rs 900/-

I have been chasing them since then BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE. THEIR OWNER SH NEERAJ WHOSE M NO IS 9811951779 AND THEIR MANAGER SH RANJEET .M NO 9771832635 ARE NOW NOT RESPONDING TO MY CALLS. THEIR STAFF HAS BEEN SAYING THAT I WILL GET THE PAYMENT IN A DAY OR SO ,BUT ITS ALL THE SAME STORY EVERY TIME I CALL.
I am deeply frustrated with this organization's behaviour towards it's costumers.
I WANT TO FIGHT AGAINST SUCH INJUSTICE AND FRAUD .

Never take their Service.
When they want customer to purchase their service they give lots of promises but once you purchase & face the breakdown problem they never reaches at the Point.

I was calling them from last 36 hours & everytime same response that we check & call you back but never received single call from them in response.

I waste my 20 calls for this but result is Null.

It is my personal request never by their Service & it is totally waste of Money.

The scam run by SPEED on-road service had another victim when I suscribed to vile scheme by paying 499/-.
Since I have suscribed to this service ,I have tried twice to get my car tyre changed after puncture which according to the printed terms and conditions is included in the suscription cost.These people have not attended the complaints which I made and are trying to point out that these services are not part of their contract.

I am a member of Speed Car Helpline. I got registered with SPEED service with Rs 499 for 2 years and it was my first experience with them. My car broke down and I called their helpline number where an exceutive said that the mechanic will reach in 90 min (whereas they assure us that the mechanic will reach with in 30 min). Practically, no one will wait for 1.5 hrs to get your car fix, when some road side mechanics are available. I did not call them much and got my car fix by a nearby petrol pump mechanic.

I guess, I have completely wasted my 500 bucks for this kind of lousy service and want to make sure that people avoid this kind of company.

i had the misfortune of not going through this forum before taking the "speed car service".
I made my very first call to them of a flat tyre of my car and these guys kept me waiting for almost 3 hrs.
I threatened them with consumer court complaint but they did not seem to care at all.The men handling my calls was extremely rude and blunt .

I want to take action against this company that harrasses people at its will.

I am a member of Speed Break Down Service and my membership Id is NS-68549. My Wagon R got break down on 08/02/11 at 6.15 pm. Then I contact to Speed Service to get my car repair. That time executive told me that mechanic will reach by half an hour. After waiting 2 hour and whenever I am contacting them, staffs were so rude and every time they were saying mechanic is not picking his call and they have to contact Control Room. As I was travelling with my wife and 2 year old son and I tried to convince the executive about my difficult situation and they made me wait till 10.00. Atlast I took a Taxi to go home.
I have spent 500 Rs for availing this service and there was no use for spending that money.

I was out of town for few weeks and on returning I found that the battery of my car has got discharged, at that time I remembered speed, and gave them a call, I was told that the mechanic will reach in 1/2 Hr. After waiting for 1Hr. I called them back and I was told that their vehicle is near to airport and will reach in 10-15 minutes. Ater waiting another 1 Hr. I called them back and I was told that their vehicle is near Toll Plaza and reach in 10-15 minutes, I asked them that even 1 Hr. ago the had the same answer and then they told that there vehicle broke down so it got delayed but now it will be reaching in time. But after waiting for hours no one came and finally I have to go tonearby mechanic shop.

My advise do not believe them and waste your money, ther are fraud and just they cheat the coustomers.

I am registered member speed on road service, my car broke down on june 12, in the evening at 6:30, i kept on making calls to them, they kept on giving time. no body turned up and no response fron thier side. and when again called up in morning , first no body was picking up and when some one picked up, they gave post lunch that to no fixed time. Its a horrible service.

I am writing to you about unlawfull withdrawal of money from my account by Green Flag roadside assisstance. I had bought a cover for a year from this company in year 2008 and they had my card details. Since then I moved onto different breakdown company but they continued to withdraw money from my account without informing me. Now when I realised this, they simply refused to give my money back to me.
Would you please let me know what can i do and whom shall I complaint to?

i am a member of speed 499/-, 2 year wala. today i tried to call speed for help but all futile. Very bad services..................... I will never suggest anyone to take membership of speed. They all are fraud.....................
