I have paid the sum of rupees one lakh five hundred only on 15th December 2010 against the thunderbird bike of THE ROYAL ENFIELD.The agency name is AJAY AUTOMOBILES BATHINDA PUNJAB.The payment was done through the cheque.Now inspite of my request to deliver me the bike they are asking me to pay the sum of rupees four thousand more saying that rates of the bike have been hiked.The agency didn't gave any official recipt rather they gave only a hand written recipt which I have handed to the bank from I have financed the bike.I have mailed to the Channai office also but haven't got any responce from the same.I don't know about the terms and conditions of the booking as the agency didn't gave me any official recipt.Moreover the manager of the agency wrote on the letter head that recived the advance against thunderbird bike.Now I am mentally harrassed as I have been paying the intrest of the bank from15th December 2010.Secondly the booking amount was only 1000 rupees the manager told me that the minimum booking amount is 30,000 rupees.If I would have got the correct information of the booking amount I would have not taken the loan on 15th Dec2010 atleast I would have saved the intrest money.Now please tell me do I have to pay 4000 rupees more or not?
