I would like to put to your notice that we are not satisfied with the fiat-TATA TAFE customer service. Our Fiat Linea just 2 years old that has got 2+2 extended warranty has got issues with stud insulator as well as gear cable. We have requested to replace the same on Nov 10th, but we got to know that these parts are not covered under extended warranty. I have raised an issue in Fiat grevience box to have it done.

Dealer (TATA-REACH chennai) then have requested for stock and it took more than a month to get the parts delivered to dealers location. The dealer then requested to bring back our car to have it fixed.
Now they are claiming that since the periodic car-service is not proper we cant claim for the stud insulator & gear cable as part of extended warranty.But we have got it all done in perfect & periodic interval as mentioned.

We have been not able to use the car since Nov 10th because of this issue. We are not satisfied from the fiat as well as TATA REACH response as they are closing the compliant with no proper reason\response. This is my fourth complaint.

Very rude response from TATA REACH dealers, we cant commute using our car for more than 2 months.
