I have parked my car at Ajmeri Gate side VIP parking first time in my tenure in Delhi NCR. I reached at New Delhi railway station towards Ajmeri Gate side at around 11:00 AM on 05-March 2011. I told the guy that I want to park my car for around 2-3 days. He didn't bother to tell me the charges, when I asked him. I asked him about the charges, he said it's normal as it is in other parkings. Even we were guided by the parking guy to park the car in that parking. Those guys were standing at the drop parking side. I parked my car ) there for approx three days.

On 08 March-11 at 12:30 AM, when I was about to py teh charges, parking guys told that I will be charged Rs. 40 per hour. It was very shocking for me to know. They didn't listen to me and just taken Rs.2460- from me forcefully. My family was with me but they didn't bother and just threatened me. They asked me that I can go anywhere for help, we don't care.

If this is the situation at govt. outsourced parking, then what can we expect from private parkings.
