this is to fill a complaint against a petrol pump m/s aggrawal filling station v.p.o balbehra district and tehsil patiala (punjab) of suppling inappropriate quantity of petrol and diesel.
hope something will be done against such culprits or will be told were to file an appeal thanking you..
