I am Amit Gupta Living in Delhi Capital of India, I am to state that I am holder of Honda Stunner, I purchased an Honda Stunner in this year 2010, byke from M/s Rajendra Honda Delhi, I was visit in your service centre for servicing 17/12/2010 or 18/12/2010, your service centre Representative or Service Advisor Mr. Deepak attend me and open the job card and mentioned some problems regarding my byke, but unfortunately some problems as its still.
When I am Invoice time tell to Mr. Deepak that pls chk my vehicle before payment, Mr. Deepak with me and my Job Card (Token No.41) has been share me one by one problem and found that some problems was still, I am asking to Mr. Deepak that why not complete attend my problems the Deepak was tell me that this is not my job, I have open olny job Cards you talk to floor In charge Mr. Pandey, now I am asking Honda India that why I am talk to Pandey for this pending jobs this is customer duty, give me short answer Honda India, otherwise its very very shame full for you and your Dealer M/s Rajendra Honda, I told the Floor In charge Mr. Pandey but Pandey didn't attend this problems.
Here waste my valuable time (1hr same dy) and I was meet to Service Manager Mr. L.K.Thakur but Service Manager not in the room and in-between I was wait him half an hr but unfortunately waste my valuable time, I have here try many time land line Telephone for talking to Service Manager but they did not pick my phone.
I like to inform you very strictly that, the service not at all satisfactory which is tarnishing the reputation of a world famous International company like yours, I am not happy with Service there is a totally nexus going on between the mechanics and Service Manager Mr. L.K.Thakur not capable for Service Manager post for Honda Service Centre because Mr. Thakur not feel the customer pain.
I want this issue need to be closed from your end otherwise I will write a letter to Consumer Court and I will write to Media (CNBC Media, Times of India and Hindustan Times and Zee TV Wheelocity that this is your Multinational/International Service standard/Quality) its very Goods Source for Consumer.
Point for Pending Issues?
1. Front Brake Noise
2. Front Side Noise
3. Cowel Bracket broken due to part defective
4. Not Proper washing
5. Engine sound more after Servicing.
Kindly attend this matter and do the needful and help us to satisfy one of the Honda customer
