I recently visited this petrol pump to fill up fuel in my car and realised that the staff cheats the consumers by not bringing the meter down to zero before filling up the fuel.

It happened to me and when I raised the alarm, they agreed to fill up petrol worth Rs. 600/- instead of Rs. 500/- as desired by me.

While I was paying up, I observed that they did the same to the customer standing after me. I made the customer aware of the same and he too got the money back.

Its really a shame that this petrol pump is involved in such mal practices. Ideally the petrol pump attendants should make the customer aware that the meter is down to zero before filling the fuel.

I would suggest that consumers be aware of it and specially if they are going to this petrol pump since this has a bunch of cheats operating there.

Also, as a community can something be done to bring this malpractice down?
