I am raising this case against maruti Dealer TR Sahwney Gokul puri.
I have been asking for my RC for past 17 days, and it seems that no proper action is being taken at their end.

Got different updates multiple times from different leads and accountants, Gaurav, Jaspal and people from badli (from where delivery was taken)

As its becoming difficult to use car without RC. I would request you to look into this issue.
I have faced lot of harassment from traffic police multiple times, because of this.

Do you have any update regarding RC yet.

This time my father got a call from TR sahwney motors. He talked to Mr. Jaspal and he said, as we have complained against them, so better we get the RC collected from Maruti only.

Seems they are least interested now in looking into this issue any more.

Can you please let me know, if this is the right response from them and I should talk to Maruti only as the dealer has indirectly informed us that providing RC is no more there responsibility.

I did called the same guy Mr. Jaspal and enquired about the same. He said he will let me know the status, but there was no response.

When I called again he said, some other person might have said those words and he never talked to my father. Rearding RC only update is that one of the guys had collected the RC from registration office but the same is missing from gokul puri office.



As I have not been left with any option except raising the case in consumer court, so doing the same.

I received a message regarding RC, that issue has been closed.

Can you please let me know, why the case has been closed, though i haven't received the RC yet.

I was promised by TR sahwney motors that RC will be handed over today, but today they are again saying that it was a fraud comittment and RC might take some more time .... may be saturday.



Please look into this issue at highest priority, else I will be left with only option to take this matter to consumer court and will send a legal notice to your office for proper action then. I dont hope this forum is useful at all to resolve the matter.



First I have to face harrasment from dealer and then company itself, by saying that issue has been closed, without any prior notice to the person who has raised the case.

I bought an ALTO K10 from TR sahwney dealer (Gokul Puri) on 16th oct 2011. I haven't received the original RC till date. Due to this I have faced problems literally harassment from traffic police while travelling within delhi and NCR. Paid fines 2 times. When enquired the dealer about the same, they didnt show any interest even in attending our problem. The registration head Gaurav seems to be making fool of us for past 15 days. After facing so much harassment, I would definitely request you to look into this issue or else suggest me if i should take the issue to consumer court to get this resolved. I would request you to cancel the dealership of such fraud dealers like TR Sahwney. Waiting for some proper action to be taken.
