hello sir/madam..
my name is sahil jain and i am living in rajpura...16 days ago i booked my new swift car from 1 resitered maruti dealer.. he said give me 50000 rs extra for black now and i wll give you your car with in 4 or 5 days..he charged me 50000 rs extra for black rate... anotherwise he said you have to wait for 6 months if you did not pay 40000 extra black money...
i need car early so i gave him 50000 rs cheque... and now after 20 days he says i cant giv u ur car...

i want to copmlait against that dealer..he have too many cars in his stock but he is doing black on swift cars.. even i also booked 1 more car in last september.that time he said i will give u ur car on coming january.. but still he said u have to wait till may.. another side he is giveing cars in black..
please help me...
