Default Maruti Ritz Lx - Non Delivery

We had booked Maruti Ritz Lxi from Auto Hitech Kolkata on 19th April 2010 with a promise of delivery by 16th May 2010. However till date the delivery has not been made. Further they have agreed to provide for Loyalty bonus and Exchange Bonus amounting to Rs. 15,000/- and fixed the exchange price of my old car for Rs. 90,000/-. The same is mentioned in their Order Booking form.

But now they are refusing to provide us the benefit of Rs. 15000/- as promised by them and also they are revaluing my old car to Rs. 80,000/-. Thus they are charging me additionally for Rs. 25,000/- over and above their committed charges with no fault of mine.

It is clear that they are luring consumers with attractive offers and taking advances and once the consumer is hooked, they refuse to entertain the offers at the time of actual delivery thereby coaxing the consumer to pay more.

Default Ritz - poor mileage - NO RESPONSE FROM MARUTI

I bought a Maruti Ritz on March 6 and for the last four months the mileage has been awful - always under 10Km per litre - I have reported this to their dealer whom i bought it from "Marketing Times" in Delhi as well as their service dept. Both of them have said it will improve after service - but too no avail.

Their service was miserable - very poor customer service. After 4 months they have failed to either respond or resolve the complaint. one month ago Maruti, sent me big customer survey reviews.. i sent them back more than a month ago with the complaint - still no action.

Is this usual with Maruti. I was promised about 17km per litre. can someone look into this and or reach me.

Is there a maruti number or a forum on the web where one can reach for HELP

Default Delay in delvery of parts for repair

Sevok Motors in siliguri town is the worst in customer care.My car EECO met with the accident and soon after Insurance also claimed.Iffco tokkio is the best insurance because without any hassle they did their duty. BUT the damn bodyshop manager and I dont know who is behind are delaying and ignoring us by saying that the parts for Maruti EECO is not available.I have been visiting this showroom for last 3 months just to see their smile on there face and ready to say those lines" PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE". I regret that I bought the car from SEVOK MOTORS. I suggest all the potentioal buyers dont go for SEVOK MOTORS. You will regret whole life!

Default Delay in delivery of maruti swift vdi

Respected Sir ,

I Sanjay Saraswat would like to inform you that I had booked a silky silver color Swift VDI model from Lohia Automobile , Bhilwara , and had made the complete payment in installments , details as mentioned below :
Boking on name Mr.Hitendra saraswat
2/11/11 - 21000 - wide Cheque no.- 073191(BOB , Bhilwara) bank recipt no.004859
29/12/11 - 90,000 - wide Cheque no. - 073195 (BOB, Bhilwara) bank recipt no.005309
30/12/11 - 500,00,00 - ICICI bank Bhilwara through RTGS at Lohia Automobile A/C .

The due date for delivery was 01/01/12 , but I had extended the delivery date to 18/01/12 due to some reasons.i also ask to dealer to raced the invoice on 01/01/2012 due to price hike.but he had not done yet.and refused to given deliver above mention vechile Lohia Automobile is refusing to make the delivery of the above mentioned car and is asking to take back the payment but as promised before I want the car urgently as I have a wedding at my house .

Please consider my application and take actions accordingly.
