i purshesd maruti sx4 on 16 june 2011 from t r sawhney motors pvt ltd from delhi . and i give my car for service to there workshop in okhla every 5 thousnd kilometers there was some problem in brakes i i told them from first service about the folt they have not done the job properly on my first service which is on 1000 kilometers and then on 2 service 5000 kilometers and then on3 service 10000 kilometers the problem was same they dident rectified the problem and one day some noise was coming and i went to the workshop and they told sir the brake paids are finished and u have to put new ones and the kilometers were 11000 i am driving car from 15 year i have never seen this that in 11000 thousand the brake paid finised now the car is in the workshop and i want the car back so this is harrsment from the company side that u no now a days the cars are so expensive and the service also when they give warrent what is the warrenty they make fool and they repair for the timing and after the period goes the say sir u have to pay and this time i have to pay because i have get my car back is there any provision that we can deal with them
