Plz do something .... just fed up from ur services. Below , these are the mails being forwarded to the customer care and nothing being done.... just fed up. I am really sorry to loose the respect which i had for Maruti and unable to explain my problem which i am still facing from Gud's Car Care , Nishatganj, Lko., either they don't know how to repair my Swift Vxi model, Reg No. UP 32 BZ 9827 under accidental claim since 31 May 2010 or they might have potential to irritate the customer upto that extent so that the customer write directly to Maruti.It's incredible, sometimes parts unavailability, sometimes alignment problem since 3 weeks, sometimes new problems. If you can not repair it declare that center unauthorized. and i will look for local garage who build relationships and satisfy customers within given time. Simply claiming the management team which is not efficient to look into the matter. either close that issue and return my vehicle back or at least now do something now. dear sir,
i want to say that I purchased Alto k10 on 28 jan. 2011 when after 2-3 days,I started My car,it always stopped at 2nd gear in traffic because i have to move it in a slow motion but it always stopped at that time due to which we are facing many problems as there is always a fear of accident due to sudden stoppage of car.And when we went to your Extention showroom Hira Automobiles, Malout and asked about this problem, they said its a manufacturing defect,it will remain as such.After this also we called on your tollfree no. 18001800180,they said not to worry they will surely try to solve this problem as soon as possible.But still there was no response from their side though it had been upto 30-35 days after that complaint.And again when i went to Hira Automobiles ,Malout and again they said this problem can never be solved.Now it has became a very big problem for me.I always have a fear to drive our car in slow motion because during traffic jams we have to slow down our car.I trusted your company a lot but your this ignorance has disappointed me.And now i am writing this because i still have a hope that you will solve our problem as soon as possible. |
