I bought a show room Maruti RITZ in 2nd week of May'2010 and filled in Petrol on 05.06.10 at Ravi automobile service at Ghatkopar Mahul Road, Tilaknagar, Mumbai-89 (Bill No:126624). After running about 15 KMS the vehicle abruptly stopped and could not be started at all. A service mechanic (Maruti authorised service) checked and informed that the Petrol tank is having water with Petrol. I was shocked that IOC petroleum outlet Ravi automobiles can supply petrol with water . This mishap cost me rs 4800 towards towing of car to nearest Maruti service and clening of tank,Injector assembly,replacing injector cleaner etc. Thus i would like to warn the public against such IOC retail outlets.
