Dear Sir,

This is to register a coplaint against Proprietor of "SAI SHANI ENTERPRISES" located at Dada Soham Complex ,Sr. No. 124, Jadhav Vasti, Kalas Gaon, Vishrantwadi, PUNE - 4110015.

Mr. Saurabh Kakad promised to sell me ZEN car almost 5 months back for which he took Rs. 81,000 also but he has not delivered the car and had been telling different stories for dilly-dallying it. In April, I had asked him to retirn my money so out of lot of arguments he handed over a cheque to me for Rs. 81,000 but the check bounced owing to insufficient fund in his account. Then he told me drop the cheque after some days, dropped the cheque again but it got bounced again. I tried following him up but then he went out of Punr for more than a month's time and came back last month only. Post to this he had been giving false promises about returning money and now he is absconding.

He has changed his phone number numerous time...here is the series of numbers: 8087700008, 9657609609, 8805791999,9604716112 and the latest one i know is 9762244885.

His wife's number is 9922053192, she denies to be her wife now when I try contacting Saurabh Kakade thru' her. Even she threatens me when I call her.

I have the bounced cheque with me numbered 925737. He holds the account with Pune district Central Co-op. Bank Ltd., Pune.

I humbly request you to help me in this matter and have my money back from such a bluff.
