I would like to complain about Ruby Motors Karnal - Haryana, I had met with a minor accident due to dense fog on 19th Dec after which I handed over my car to ruby motors. After receiving the car the owner of the garage never returned a call back. I tried to get in touch with him, however his answer was that we are waiting for the parts to come. He took more than a month to repair the car and then billed me for Rs. 48000 although my car had an comprehensive insurance from National. The amount he is charging is not justified as everything except the bumpers in the car is old. I own a Maruti Wagon R - 2003 model. Could anyone suggest me what can be done and how?
