Dear Skoda,
Oct 26th 2011- MH- 12- HL- 4681- Shri Sai Krupa Sugar & Allied Industries Limited, Pune.

From last 3 months I am complaining the same thing to u & your dealer of Pune, Pashnakar Auto ( Europa Auto ) I had a word with your customer head & manager of Pashanker auto, still I am not getting any response from your dealer, my last discussion was with Mr. Sudhir & he told me that I should go to Europa Auto again for final testing, I am sorry now I am not able to go there to spoil my entire day.


From day one I am complaining to your dealer for the below problems,
They delivered me a used car as, at the time of delivery my car had shown 530 km, I asked Mr. Sandip who is working with Pashankar for the same, he replied me that my car had come by road form Aurangabad.

Please mind it that we got a home delivery.
 On the very first day I found that my car Tyre was in damaged condition & it got a puncture also, it has not been has replaced yet.

 From the very first day, I got left side pulling problem, they checked three times but were not able to get any solution

 From the very first day my car had pickup problem, if I am driving on a simple ramp I have to shut down my AC first then I have to press my lever paddle with full of pressure then I have to change the gear & after these much of processes I am able to drive safe otherwise I can meet an accident.

These three complaints have been checked by your dealer & they do not have any solutions of this, they acted as u people called them, otherwise, they used to give me fake promises, last time I left my car for three days in Europa Motors, then we took a test drive, the main service in charge Mr. dinesh was with me, we took some 40 KM drive & he also convinced that my car has problem.

I want replacement of this car as this is a used vehicle.

It has run 530 km at the time of delivery
It has a problem of left side pulling
It has a problem of low pickup
Tyre had a bust at the very first day


Kindly give me solutions or give me replacement asap
