I am a member of Speed car & bike helpline.

On the 19th June my i faced a car break-down and i was standing on the road with ladies and children. I called the service expecting not 30 min but 45 min service and requested them that i have kids with me let me know the approximate arrival time.

At 7:55 they told me that mechanic has started from Dhaula kuan. Till 9:30 2 hours no body came, and i was getting false assurances and responses like let me call back ,let me check but nobody came.
I had to go home leaving the car in a nearby housing society for the night.
I am ready to file a case against the services for the harrassment my family faced during those waiting hours.

If this forum can take some action please let me know. i will provide my membership no. and other details of the plight.
