hi,
i have taken a membership from speed dial in delhi for my car. And this company claim for anytime anywhere service in DELHI and NCR, but today 14 july 2010 when i need the service from the company, the number given by the company was out of service that is(011-4314 4314,4314 4310,4314 4311, 4314 4312) all the number was out of service, they have taken Rs 500 for this service. Okay, for now I'm on Sky Broadband.My family decided to get the 2MB connection, which is terrible in the first place, which, in fact, is barely even working.The router is a complete disgrace, it's lucky if I can get online for more than an hour without it jumping around, claiming there's no connection.The price we pay for this is ridiculous, should be around £2.00/month for what we're getting.The most disgraceful thing of all is the download speed. I've found that the best they've ever offered in the last year is 0.33mb/s. That's me having the ability to download around 30kb/s from the internet.Dial-up could do better than this. Yet we're still paying for it.My postcode is SS8 7TN if anyone can use this to give advice.
What is the best thing my family can do? I would like to have around 10mb/s. That would be great, but I don't even care if my internet were 8mb/s. Just something that doesn't require a good 10 minutes wait to stream a simple you tube video, in LOW quality. Anyone have suggestions?Also a piece of advice to all: |

Yes my friend you are correct.
Even it has been more worst with me - I was trying the helpline number 4314-4314 one night when I required it and I found that the number is invalid. Somehow I managed that day. But after some time when I realized that my membership is about to expire I again tried to contact them on the same helpline number with other numbers found on the net as well (011-4314 4314,4314 4310,4314 4311, 4314 4312) (And a few numbers with the name Parvez - +(91)-(11)-43597250 / +(91)-9582731937, 9818911005, 9990511102 / 4e/15,, Ashoka Centre,6th Floor,Jhandewalan Extn., Jhandewalan, Delhi - 110055) I've seen many complaints about this company on other sites as well.
