I purchased a Tata Commercial Vehical. Vehical details are mentioned above. Unfortunately, Ever since we purchased this we have been marred by the technical issues in the Vehicle. Probably there is a problem with the front axle. We have approached two TATA service centers several times. Service Center Name : Sumerpur Service center(U N Automobiles, Netra ) & Pali Service Center. They did some repair Work, we were charged for that. Still, technical Issues are to persist. Because of the issue, Vehicle has already used up 2 pairs of tires in just 27000 Kms. Apart from this, most of times this vehicle has been in the garage which is making it difficult for us to recover the cost. We are not getting any resolution to the problem nor any satisfactory answers. This issue has already cost us approximately 2 lacs. Where our vehicles normally scale 70,000 - 80,000 kms in 6 months, this vehicle was on road for just 27,000 kms, mounting us business loss. I am finding it hard to meet installment payments. Which is affecting me my day to day work.
I believe that there is a major problem or any manufacturing defect in the vehicle. We are facing this issue from the very first month. Since, Local TATA Service center mechanics are not able to fix the problem or even recognize the issue . We find it a negligence on the part of Tata Motors. We hereby request you to address the issue as soon as possible.
I have tried to reach the tata motors 24x7 helpline 1800 22 5370 ,which tata boast of, however, I have never been able to connect to tata through this helpline. I also mailed
tata motors at cac@tatamotors.com informing them the issue however i have not got the reply as of yet.
