We have file suite against TATA Autmobile in concern to Tata Safari having many problems in it , we Won the case in consumer court , , and Hon'ble court of Bhuj district of Kutch Gujarat has given judgement for replacement of vehicle with new one. then Tata has gone in high court regards to this case , and since last two year we are getting only dates.

Now we are in such circumtances neither we can sell it nor it can use ( as there are many problems in it ) vehicle is lying in garage since long time as good for nothing.

please help in this matter, if you can .
