I purchased 09 Nos GPS for Rs. 72000/- from above company on October 2010 ie. 2 months Back and paid entire amount on delivery.on December 2010. All the GPS they have supplied and fitted to our trucks are not functioning from the day one it is installed.. We contacted VISIONTEK at their Hydrabad office they say it is a software problem and the service provider M/s Concept & Solutionn Inc. Mahape , Navi Mumbai will give service. When we contacted service provider they say that our person is at Bangalore and he will return after one week so they suggest us to wait till he returns.
It is clear now that both the above companies have cheated us and have taken the entire payment and now we have to wait for thier convinience when they will be free to come and give service.
