i m hiren from rajkot,and i had buy a vw jetta on 24 th june2010 from automark cars pvt.ltd -rajkot-gujarat, and we were facing a engine and clutch problem form the next day. it was used to stop while we change the gear from 2nd to 3rd. after 6 days, it was got stopped 10-12 times within just 7-8 minutes on the road in pick hour's traffic, and the clutch facing plate got burnt ,and the smoke came out from the engine and bonate . and i was rescued from a severe accident. when i complained it to the company sales person mr. gaurav parekh and rajkot brandch head mr. shabbir patel, they talked to us very rudely that i dont know how to drive the car. They advises me to learn to drive jetta 1st. that was very insulting . they did not supposed to talk with us in such words. My jetta has been run just 400 km, and I had to bere the verentage of 1 lakh rupees. When I had taste ride of jetta, we never face such problem, in short the dealer sold me a defective piece. Now I don’t want that car back, I want my money back fully.

I am Muthukumar. I booked the car Vento with Abra motors on Aug 12th,the first one to book in Chennai. After 1 month when delivery started,no one was ready to answer and many cars are on the road. At last after several attempts they said my car is ready for delivery.Then I came to know that,they convinced some customers to take vento instead of POLO which they booked earlier and waiting for more than 4 months,and Vento was delivered to them on priority. Who decides the order of booking,and how can they change the order without our knowledge.The dealer whenever I ask for delivery they simply say go and complain to Volkswagen. Unfortunately neither manufacturer nor agency replied to my mails. Now I am worried about after sales service.The dealer was telling me you should be happy at last you got the car,is it the way a customer to be treated. In India still the customer is the beggar.
