I bought new VW POLO on 6th oct,2011.next day i went for trip wid my family near almora(uttarakhand), suddenlt the car broke down in between,dre was no support from the customer care even from service center.it took 32 hours to get my car in haldwani service center from where i bought it itself.still no refund & no support from their side. They have forgotten us after selling me d car.
