A Rock 100motor cycle was purchased from M/s.Victory Motors Ltd., Pondy, Mudaliarpet. (Owner Mr.Ravi having branch at Karaikal). Af ter the purchase of vechile there was no service available to the vechile. Even though twice I went to the said company, there was only one mechanic who will clean the vechile and given vechile within 1 hour replacing the engine oil (not branded one - loose oil). The vehicle got frelquent repair and I searched for mechanic, the premises was vacated. The product is under warranty of 2 years and the vehicle is giving problem in all respects. Under the I request that either the vehicle should be repaired or the amount paid returned.
