I, Rajesh G. Machado has purchased an AC (Mastermind whirlpool – 12K30 – 1 ton) from Viva Supermarket Pvt. Ltd., who is your authorized dealer at H.O. Thakur Arcade, Virar (W) 401 303, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The AC was purchased on May 22, 2010. AC was fixed on same day, however till today I did not experience any cooling from that machine. I was continuously calling people at Viva Super Market but nobody picks up the phone. After 12 days also, no one has turned up to give demo also.



In my house, I use lot of whirlpool equipments, however, this time my experience is bad. Even I wanted to know whether I am eligible to get free gift (shoes or watch) on AC.



I believe Whirlpool is the best company and takes care of customer needs and problems. But this was very bad experience. I doubt that my AC is faulty or what.



Please direct me on this.
