Dear Sir
I purchased Air-Cooler of Birla LIfestyle from Siddhi Home Appliance, Andheri
on 10/04/2010 for Rs. 4,600/- with warranty of 1 year.
Last month Air cooler got problem and I contact Siddhi Home Appliance
for servicing. They told me to contact Company - Birla Lifestyle - directly
I contacted to Birla Lifestyle, they give me complaint no. 5711 and told the service person will be
reach 1/2 days to attend complaint
But no body attended complaint so i try to contact Birla Lifestyle (Tel.: 40990111) and they
do not receive my phone so i contact Siddhi Home Appliance (Tel.: 26170228), they told
contact company we can't do anything.
After few day I phoned Siddhi Home and told them I am going to lodge complaint
in Consumer Court against you. They told sorry we will contact the company person
and come back to you. after half an hour phone call received from company
that their person is coming to attend the complaint.
Their person came and attend the complaint, but he was not bring one part of
air cooler so he told us that he will be come back within 2 days and replace the
part.
Now 15 days past nobody come and going to attend our complaint
So please look into the matter and give us justice
with regards
