I have purchaswed mixer grinder in august, 2010, small chuttny jar was not working properly, i complained . My complained number, 812014. They send their mechanic. He told that this jar is not proper , we will replace it and he taken with him that jar , since last 20 days , i am regularly calling them for replacement . But they have not returned that jar , nor bothered to call also , they daily saying aaj ho jayega
