I have an AMC contract for Aquagaurd repairs and services with SAI ENTERPRISES, in Jogeswari East (Mumbai), for which I pay Rs. 1000 every year.
The circuit of this Aquagaurd machine is out of order for last 5 days (Aquagaurd complaint number 58954989) and the service center is delaying it further by daily giving following excuses:

Day 1) It will take one working day for our service person to report.
Day 2) Service engineer comes and declares circuit is out of order and has to be replaced. But he doesnt have a fresh circuit so he will come next day.
Day 3) Service engineer comes but with a faulty circuit and says he will come tomorrow with a new circuit.
Day 4) Service centre says service engineer will reach by 5:30 PM, but they failed on this too. No one reported throughout the day.
Day 5) Service centre says service engineer is ill and a new service engineer will report by 3:30 PM and when i warned him to take them to consumer court he blatantly said. "Ok do whatever you want".
